Commercial Intern – Sales & Partnerships

About the role

Join the Commercial team at MORROW as a Commercial Intern, gaining hands‑on experience in sales, partnerships and operations within a regulated, premium health ecosystem. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and senior sales consultants, supporting CRM administration, data analysis and outreach activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the transition to HubSpot Sales Hub, maintain data hygiene, configure fields and manage pipeline stages.
• Assist with Freshchat and other sales‑tooling setup, testing and integration.
• Consolidate and clean lead and pipeline data, build simple trackers and dashboards to monitor funnel performance.
• Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Dripify, track response rates and flag qualified conversations.
• Coordinate scheduling for tours and consultations, and prepare sales and partnership materials.
• Provide ad‑hoc research and administrative support to the CCO and sales team.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in business, commerce, data or a related field.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel), including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience cleaning lead lists and building funnel trackers.
• Experience preparing simple weekly dashboards.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.
• Prior exposure to healthcare, wellness or regulated environments is a plus.
