About the role
The Commercial Vice President leads the Group’s revenue growth and commercial strategy across all markets. This senior leader provides strategic direction to the sales function while ensuring operational alignment with commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group’s sales strategy to meet revenue, profitability and market‑share targets.
- Lead, mentor and manage regional and country sales teams, driving performance and accountability.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and market expansion prospects.
- Oversee pricing, contract negotiations and commercial frameworks for large‑scale deals.
- Align product, marketing and technical teams to match offerings with market demand.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine go‑to‑market strategies.
- Ensure operational functions deliver products and services efficiently, matching sales commitments with capacity.
- Own the sales budget, revenue forecasts and cost management, reporting to senior leadership and the Board.
- Maintain compliance with corporate governance, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
- More than 18 years of sales experience with proven leadership in a regional or group capacity.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth across multiple regions.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
