Commercial Vice President

About the role

The Commercial Vice President will lead the Group’s revenue growth and commercial strategy across all markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape sales direction, drive market expansion and ensure operational excellence to achieve sustainable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s sales strategy to meet revenue, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Lead, mentor and manage regional and country sales teams, fostering performance and accountability.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and markets for expansion.
• Oversee pricing, contract negotiations and commercial frameworks for large‑scale deals.
• Align sales commitments with operational capacity, driving process improvements and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Own the sales budget, revenue forecasts and cost management, reporting regularly to senior leadership and the Board.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• More than 18 years of sales experience with proven leadership in a regional or group capacity.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth across multiple regions.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
