About the role
We are seeking motivated, results‑driven individuals to join our sales team as Commission Sales Associates. In this position you will identify prospective customers, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth while earning uncapped commissions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve individual sales targets on a commission basis.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Support and mentor newer team members as you progress.
