Communications Manager – Internal Communications

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead internal communications and employee engagement in Singapore. The role will partner with senior leaders, develop compelling content, and support broader corporate communications initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies, create employee stories, and manage channels such as email, intranet, and digital platforms.
• Provide executive communications support, including talking points, presentations, town‑hall content, and leadership messaging.
• Assist with external communications, public relations, corporate events, and integrated campaigns across the Communications & Public Affairs team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, with a track record of executive communications and employee engagement.
