Marketing Lead – Vaccines & Pharma

About the role

The Marketing Lead will drive strategy and execution for MSD's Vaccines and Pharma portfolio across Singapore and Brunei. This senior position shapes portfolio choices, launch plans and growth initiatives while leading cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated portfolio strategy, balancing near‑term performance with launch and pipeline priorities.
• Own end‑to‑end commercial readiness for multiple product launches, establishing milestones, decision points and risk mitigation.
• Gather deep market, customer and patient insights to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
• Set direction for brand plans, define performance indicators and ensure disciplined execution.
• Coach and develop Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity and inclusion.
• Mobilise cross‑functional partners, communicate complex issues to senior stakeholders and manage marketing budget with financial discipline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or related field.
• Significant marketing and commercial experience in pharmaceuticals, vaccines or a regulated healthcare sector.
• Proven leadership of complex portfolios, product launches or cross‑functional programmes.
• People‑management experience with coaching, development and performance leadership.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and a demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
