Community Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Community Ambassador to join our property team in Singapore. You will be the face of the Weave brand, creating a welcoming environment for residents and helping to build a vibrant community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to residents and represent the Weave brand in all interactions.
• Create a warm, inclusive atmosphere for the residential community.
• Anticipate and respond to resident needs, coordinating with in‑house teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and initiatives that strengthen resident relationships and raise brand awareness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident issues, working with operations staff to resolve concerns professionally.
• Collect resident feedback and propose creative ideas to enhance the living experience.
• Assist with property viewings to support leasing efforts when required.
• Implement social‑media marketing strategies at the property level in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Required profile

• Strong people skills – approachable, good listener, empathetic.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Background in boutique hotels, serviced accommodation, or co‑working environments is a plus.
• Experience coordinating events and handling emergencies or conflicts.
• Flexible schedule with shift‑based hours (early, late, night).
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Certificate/Diploma or higher in hospitality or related fields.
