Competence Coordinator – Training & Learning Management

About the role

Join Neste’s Competence Development team in Singapore as a Competence Coordinator. You will drive training execution, ensure compliance, and manage learning system administration, working closely with internal refinery stakeholders and external training partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) by maintaining the approved training provider list and sourcing courses to meet the Training Development Plan.
• Track and monitor training execution against budget and departmental targets to achieve 100% completion within the work year.
• Manage end‑to‑end training registration, including enrollment, special approvals, mandatory gap closure for new hires, and communication with learners and supervisors.
• Coordinate internal and external training logistics, maintain the training calendar, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Act as Secondary Super User for L2O and HUGO LMS platforms, uploading records, verifying learning histories, and supporting system governance.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented approach to data accuracy and compliance tracking.
