Concierge – Guest Experience Expert

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert (Concierge) creates memorable, personalized stays for hotel guests in Marina Bay. You will be the primary point of contact, guiding visitors through every aspect of their visit and ensuring smooth, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all hotel facilities, restaurant concepts, room types, rates, promotions, and local attractions.
• Monitor daily house count, VIP arrivals, group activities, and scheduled events.
• Answer the department telephone promptly, using proper etiquette, and handle guest requests efficiently.
• Provide accurate information on hotel services, local events, and transportation options.
• Coordinate with supervisors, obtain department keys and radios, and ensure security of equipment.
• Set up and keep the workstation clean, requisition supplies, and maintain vendor resource lists.
• Follow hotel policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to uniform standards.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using the hotel’s computer system for reservations and guest information.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and clear verbal communication.
