Concierge – Guest Services Specialist

About the role

The Concierge will deliver personalised, knowledgeable, and attentive assistance to guests throughout their stay at 21 Carpenter. This role is central to creating memorable experiences by leveraging deep local knowledge of Singapore’s attractions, dining, and cultural venues.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless journey.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide curated recommendations for dining, entertainment, shopping, and local experiences.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, airport transfers, tours, and other guest requests promptly.
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and room deliveries while maintaining high standards of care.
• Escort guests to rooms, introduce hotel facilities, and promote on‑site amenities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Singapore’s lifestyle, arts, heritage, and entertainment offerings.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and delivery of parcels, mail, and special amenities.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Provide ad‑hoc backup driving support for the Hotel Owner when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Concierge, Front Office, Guest Relations, or luxury hospitality (preferred).
• Passion for delivering anticipatory, personalised guest service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, engaging personality.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s attractions, dining, and cultural destinations.
