Concierge Officer - Premium Grade A Office Tower

About the role

JLL is hiring a Concierge Officer for an on-site position at a premium Grade A office tower in Singapore. The role provides excellent customer service to visitors, tenants and employees, while supporting building operations and maintaining security.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, tenants and employees courteously and professionally, and assist with inquiries about building facilities, services and amenities
• Manage access control so only authorised people enter the building, and issue access cards, parking permits and other documents
• Handle a wide range of concierge requests and enquiries
• Receive and distribute mail, packages and deliveries, and maintain visitor logs, tenant directories and contact information
• Coordinate with building management and maintenance teams on repairs, cleaning and other services, and manage the helpdesk portal/app and emails
• Monitor security and visitor management systems, respond to emergencies and report security incidents and safety hazards
• Communicate clearly with tenants, employees, contractors and other stakeholders, keeping sensitive information confidential
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, meet performance indicators and KPIs, and satisfy client and tenant satisfaction and audit standards

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management, customer service or related fields is desirable
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, or experience in a premium office environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills, able to handle multiple requests and priorities
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and security awareness

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer systems, building portal, app, email and standard office tools
• Familiarity with emergency protocols
