Construction Industry Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting activities for our construction business. You will ensure accurate financial records, timely compliance filings, and smooth payroll operations while supporting both finance and HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end accounting including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Execute monthly and annual financial closing procedures.
• Prepare and submit GST filings accurately and on time.
• Maintain accounting records in line with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits.
• Oversee staff reimbursements, petty cash, and expense monitoring.
• Manage employee onboarding/off‑boarding, work pass applications and HR records.
• Process monthly payroll, including CPF contributions and tax clearance submissions.
• Administer employee leave, claims, benefits and insurance matters.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an accounts executive.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
