Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead and coordinate all on‑site activities for large‑scale projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership, proactive problem‑solving, and close collaboration with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and monitor progress against the approved project plan.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects, including manpower planning, construction progress tracking, master schedule preparation, and cost control.
• Take corrective actions to address delays, adverse weather, or emergencies on site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve site issues promptly.
• Enforce safe and economical construction methodologies while maintaining project standards.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience in project or site management.
• Experience with healthcare‑related projects is an advantage.
• Independent, diligent, meticulous, highly motivated, and able to work effectively within a team.
