Construction Manager – Large‑Scale Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead large‑scale building, industrial, data‑center and infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will be responsible for overseeing all on‑site activities from mobilisation to handover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Develop and execute construction execution plans, site logistics plans and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate daily operations, supervise contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with project managers, planners, commercial teams, consultants and clients to achieve project milestones.
• Champion health, safety and environment standards, conduct site inspections and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations.
• Manage quality assurance processes, inspections, testing and defect rectification.
• Act as primary site representative, lead construction meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Support cost control, budget management and contract administration, including variations and claims.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex construction projects, preferably in building, industrial, mission‑critical, data‑center or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong track record of coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• In‑depth knowledge of Singapore workplace safety and health regulations and construction best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
