Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead building projects from initiation through completion. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Obtain necessary regulations and permits.
• Ensure projects align with agreed‑upon plans and budgets.
• Communicate with clients and provide regular progress reports.
• Develop and adhere to timeline, budget, and quality control plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
• Prepare testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists.
• Guarantee compliance with local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience, including at least 1 year with a main contractor.
• Completed at least one construction project from planning to completion.
• Possess construction safety certification for project managers (company may provide training).
• Knowledge of quantity surveying (QS) and purchasing.
• Proficient in English and Chinese with strong written and communication skills.
• Experience with building construction, concrete, tank, and piping work is advantageous.
