Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires strong technical knowledge, regulatory awareness, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage construction projects to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Create and maintain master programme schedules.
• Monitor budgets, control costs and balance project expenditures.
• Track work activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage supplies and logistics.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and resolve technical/design issues.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports and meeting minutes.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site safety measures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong technical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel to meetings as needed.
