Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects across Singapore. The role involves overseeing all phases from planning to completion, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying and resolving issues or risks promptly.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to address concerns and manage expectations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong project management abilities, including planning, budgeting, and timeline control.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a record of on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
