Construction Project Manager – Landed Residential

About the role

TCA Design & Build is looking for a hands‑on Construction Project Manager to lead landed residential projects in Singapore, covering additions & alterations, reconstruction, and new‑build houses. You will own the site from commencement through to handover, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from site start to final handover.
• Plan and manage construction programmes, manpower, materials and site activities.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients.
• Check all works against architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, safety, cost and quality.
• Identify construction problems early and implement practical solutions.
• Review quotations, procurement requirements, variations and project costs.
• Conduct site meetings, manage inspections, testing, rectification, TOP preparation and final handover.
• Provide clear progress reports and maintain proper project documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction project‑management experience.
• Strong experience in Singapore landed residential construction (preferred).
• Able to independently manage structural, architectural and M&E works.
• Proficient in reading and coordinating architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Practical knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and quality control.
• Capable of managing workers and subcontractors firmly and professionally.
• Proactive, organised and able to resolve site issues independently.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
• Diploma or degree in construction, building, architecture, engineering or related field (preferred).
• Singapore driving licence is an advantage.
