Construction Project Manager (Senior)

About the role

MAGIZH ASSOCIATES is seeking a senior Construction Project Manager to lead building and warehousing projects in Singapore. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and control construction projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients and consultants to maintain progress against the schedule.
• Monitor cost performance and manage project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and ISO requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of project staff to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing building or warehouse construction projects.
• Dynamic, motivated personality with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership experience in managing project teams.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to interact with Mandarin‑speaking staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking.
