Construction Supervisor cum Foreman

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor cum Foreman to lead construction activities for our window system projects in Singapore. The role combines site supervision with foremanship, ensuring that labour, equipment and materials are coordinated efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for labour, equipment and material deliveries.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, architects and subcontractors to align on project goals.
• Monitor construction progress on site and report updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Assist in resolving on‑site issues to keep work on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising construction sites or projects.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with construction documentation and reporting.
