About the role
Alleviative Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Construction Worker to join its construction and engineering team. The role involves performing labor‑intensive tasks on active construction sites while adhering to safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute a variety of labor‑intensive tasks on construction sites.
- Operate tools and machinery in accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist in the preparation and clean‑up of work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and strict quality standards.
Required profile
- High/Senior High School diploma (or equivalent).
- 3‑5 years of proven construction experience.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including various weather conditions and overtime.
- Strong work ethic, teamwork and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Construction tools and equipment operation.
- Machinery operation.
- Blueprint reading.
- Knowledge of safety standards.
