Consulting - Strategy & Operations Year-End Internship

About the role

PwC’s Strategy & Operations practice is looking for enthusiastic interns to join a year‑end programme from December to February. You will work on digital transformation projects, supporting clients as they redesign business models, improve processes and implement change.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams with research, data analysis and preparation of client deliverables.
• Support business‑model design, operating‑model development and go‑to‑market strategy work.
• Contribute to change‑management activities and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Help with thought‑leadership content and business‑development materials.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate with strong academic performance.
• Passion for problem‑solving and interest in consulting or digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Analytical thinking and ability to work with data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
