Contract Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead the contractual and commercial management of large‑scale construction projects in Singapore. The role involves overseeing the full contract lifecycle, mitigating risks, and ensuring commercial governance throughout the project.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contracts from pre‑award to close‑out, including sub‑contracts and consultancy agreements.
• Negotiate terms, maintain contract records, and provide guidance on contractual compliance.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to protect project interests.
• Manage variation orders, EOT, delay, disruption claims and support dispute resolution.
• Support tendering, bid evaluation and contract award processes.
• Act as primary point of contact for contractual matters across project teams and report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing contracts for major building, infrastructure, industrial, mission‑critical or data‑center projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction industry practices and contract forms.
• Proven ability to interpret contracts, assess risk exposure and advise project teams.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
