Contracts Manager – 28‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and administer project contracts throughout their lifecycle. The role involves ensuring compliance with contractual terms, coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams, and managing risks to support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer project contracts from inception to closeout, ensuring adherence to specifications, drawings, schedules and other contract documents.
• Establish and maintain the contract baseline, including scope, commercial terms, technical requirements and deliverables.
• Review, evaluate and monitor contract performance, identify risks and issues, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Coordinate contract correspondence, variation orders, claims, change management and dispute resolution with clients, contractors and subcontractors.
• Participate in monthly project meetings and work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, planning and commercial teams.
• Prepare and maintain accurate contract records, reports and documentation for commercial control and decision‑making.
• Ensure prime contract insurance provisions are complied with and manage prime contract closeout requirements.
• Lead and manage personnel assigned to the contracts organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a contracts management leadership role.
• Proven ability to identify and maintain the contract baseline and to manage contract risks and issues.
• Experience handling insurance provisions, contract closeout processes and managing a contracts team.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, procurement, construction, planning and commercial functions.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
