Contracts Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to lead the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements. You will ensure all contracts align with Singapore law, internal policies and corporate governance standards while supporting business units across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate vendor, client, procurement, service, confidentiality, NDA and partnership agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies and governance standards.
• Advise business units on contractual rights, obligations and risk exposure.
• Liaise with external counsel on complex or high‑risk agreements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, HR, Operations and Compliance to align contract terms with business objectives.
• Maintain a central contract repository, track milestones, deliverables and expiry dates.
• Develop standard templates, playbooks and contracting processes to improve efficiency.
• Support tender and bid documentation reviews for legal compliance.
• Conduct training sessions on contract policies and best practices.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks, and assist with dispute resolution and audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related legal qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in contract management, commercial law or corporate legal roles.
• Strong understanding of Singapore contract law and regional commercial practices.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with contract management systems.
• Familiarity with corporate governance tools.
