Controls Manager – South East Asia Controls Deployment & Service

About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Services is seeking a Controls Manager for South East Asia to lead the deployment and service of data‑center building automation systems. You will guide a team of engineers and managers, ensuring the health, safety, and reliability of our global data‑center fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and ongoing support of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) across new and existing data‑centers.
• Supervise a team of CDS Engineers and other Managers, providing technical guidance and escalation support.
• Drive governance, partner leadership, and on‑call support for control systems in APAC, AMER, and EMEA regions.
• Manage deployments, capital‑improvement projects, and service activities while maintaining strict safety and security standards.
• Collaborate with global peers, attend meetings across time zones, and travel domestically or internationally as required.
