Copier Technician

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Copier Technician to join our team in Singapore. The role involves testing copier and printer samples, providing technical advice, and delivering hands‑on repair and service for a wide range of copier brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product testing on copier machines and printers using provided samples.
• Provide technical advice and report on the quality of samples and products.
• Maintain, repair, and service any brand of copier machines and printers.
• Perform quality inspections upon stock arrival.
• Resolve customer complaints for faulty products at customer premises when required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience servicing Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Xerox, and Kyocera copier/printers.
• Ability to work a 5‑day week.
