Corporate Internet Banking Analyst Programmer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Analyst Programmer to support our Corporate Internet Banking platform and payment systems. You will act as a bridge between corporate clients, product owners, and technology teams to deliver enhancements that improve cash management, payment initiation, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for corporate banking and payment solutions.
• Lead workshops and interviews with corporate clients, relationship managers and product owners.
• Map and optimise corporate payment flows such as SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, GIRO, instant and bulk payments.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flow diagrams and wireframes.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design user‑friendly online banking interfaces.
• Support UAT and SIT, working closely with QA to validate solutions.
• Analyse transaction security, multi‑authorization flows and payment file formats (e.g., MT101, ISO 20022).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for corporate payments.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Deep understanding of corporate payment products and standards.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
