Corporate Sales Account Manager

About the role

Air India is seeking a Corporate Sales Account Manager to expand its presence in the corporate travel market. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, deepening relationships with existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through tailored airline solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Increase Air India’s corporate market penetration by onboarding new corporate accounts and positioning the airline as the preferred carrier.
• Collaborate with global corporate sales teams to identify and secure multinational corporate deals.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure terms align with company objectives and client needs.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing regular updates to management.
• Create comprehensive account plans outlining sales strategies, revenue targets, and action items.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, opportunities, and risks within the aviation sector.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, delivering regular performance reviews and updates on new offers.
• Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce CRM and monitor competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate sales and account management, preferably within aviation or travel.
• Strong negotiation and proposal development skills.
• Ability to build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Analytical mindset for market research and pipeline management.
• Results‑driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
