Corporate Trainer - AI and Data Skills

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Corporate Trainer to design and deliver interactive Artificial Intelligence training programs for our corporate clients in Singapore. The role blends curriculum development, hands‑on workshops, and mentorship to help learners of varying skill levels master AI concepts and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, customize, and deliver AI training modules for corporate audiences.
• Prepare theoretical and practical session materials, including hands‑on labs.
• Mentor learners, adapt teaching methods based on feedback, and assess learning outcomes.
• Stay current with AI trends, generative AI, and agentic AI technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and evaluate program success.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Good understanding of Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Experience in Python programming and data analysis.
• Proficiency in curriculum development and effective educational delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Background in corporate training or education environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• ACLP or ACTA certification.
• Familiarity with instructional delivery tools and e‑learning platforms is a plus.
