Country Account Lead - Workspace Experience & Operations

About the role

JLL is hiring a Country Account Lead for its Workspace Experience & Operations function in Singapore. The role manages the day-to-day client activities for all sites in Singapore and acts as the on-site key point of contact for key client stakeholders, overseeing all Workspace Experience and Operations services.

Key responsibilities

• Client and stakeholder management: deliver exceptional client service, build relationships across levels of the organization and proactively meet client expectations
• People management: coach and develop direct reports, ensure succession planning, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
• Training and development of team members
• Site operations: ensure Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met, deliver against client KPIs and SLAs, recommend quality improvements and review operations to reduce costs
• 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required
• Risk management: ensure compliance with local regulations, maintain site risk programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and accurate incident reporting
• Sustainability: comply with ESG programs and support Net Carbon Zero goals and diversity and inclusion
• Procurement and vendor management: manage vendors, monitor vendor KPIs and SLAs, and ensure procurement follows client guidelines
• Contracts management: manage contracts, monitor expiries and initiate re-procurement where needed
• Finance management: prepare and manage annual budgets, complete contract billing on time and follow financial processes including the Code of Ethics
• Health and safety: provide a safe working environment, comply with fire and health and safety regulations and manage incident escalation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in facilities, property management or a related field
• Experience in a financial or investment banking environment
• Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and of critical environments
• Understanding of basic technical property systems such as computer room air conditioning, chillers, fire protection, mechanical and electrical systems and BMS
• Proven ability to interpret commercial contracts
