Country Director

About the role

The Country Director will lead Searce’s Solutions Consulting practice across the assigned region, driving AI‑powered cloud transformation and delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build, hire, and mentor a high‑performing team of Solutions Consultants and Account Managers.
• Identify industry‑specific technical opportunities and accelerate adoption of tailored cloud solutions.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to CEOs and CTOs, guiding their digital transformation journeys.
• Represent Searce at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and ecosystem partnerships.
• Own revenue targets and ensure profitable, long‑term growth for the region.

Required profile

• Proven executive experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong track record of leading solution‑focused consulting teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with C‑level stakeholders.
• Visionary mindset, comfortable challenging assumptions and iterating at scale.
• Humorous, collaborative, and comfortable operating in fast‑moving environments.
