Country Manager – Consumer Lifestyle Retail

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Country Manager to lead the end‑to‑end performance of a well‑established consumer lifestyle brand expanding from Singapore into Malaysia. This senior leadership position combines strong retail instincts with entrepreneurial ownership, overseeing both physical stores and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for revenue, profitability and growth across all retail and online operations.
• Define and execute market expansion strategy, including new store locations, strategic partnerships and channel opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Lead marketing initiatives, brand campaigns and merchandising to drive traffic, customer engagement and conversion.
• Provide operational leadership across stores, ensuring consistent service standards, inventory discipline and compliance.
• Build and manage a cross‑functional team covering retail, sales, marketing, merchandising and operations.
• Manage budgets, control costs and monitor operational efficiency to meet financial targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership or country management experience in consumer lifestyle, fashion or related retail sectors.
• Track record of managing multi‑store operations with full P&L accountability.
• Experience in developing new retail concepts from ideation to commercial execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead by influence and build high‑performance teams.
