Country Manager – Singapore

About the role

Notion is seeking a Country Manager to own and grow its presence in Singapore. This market‑building leadership role will drive initial momentum, convert early demand into flagship customers, and create a repeatable operating system that can scale across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own all revenue for the Singapore business and be accountable for its financial performance.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing sales team to generate pipeline and close deals.
• Deeply understand local users’ workflows, use cases and unmet needs, translating insights into a market strategy.
• Build momentum in the ecosystem through community engagement, startups and strategic partnerships.
• Establish Notion’s brand presence locally and act as the public face in press, events and executive conversations.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering and Professional Services to ensure customer success.
• Operate with autonomy on local decisions while aligning with global and regional strategy, reporting to the APAC GM.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales teams and driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build market presence and forge strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore business ecosystem and customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort representing the company publicly.
