Country Sales Manager

About the role

The Country Sales Manager will lead the growth of our laboratory and analytical instrument portfolio across Singapore. Reporting to regional leadership, you will build and manage a network of distributors, agents and key accounts to achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market development plans, channel strategies and sales forecasts for the assigned country.
• Establish, train and motivate a local distribution network, setting sales targets and coordinating marketing activities.
• Provide pre‑sales technical solutions together with the headquarters team and oversee after‑sales service, capturing feedback for product localisation.
• Represent the brand at exhibitions, labs, universities and research institutes, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
• Recruit, lead and develop a local sales and technical support team, implementing sales management and customer service processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Science or Engineering.
• Proven sales experience in laboratory or analytical instruments, with a track record in channel and distributor management.
• Strong leadership abilities and a network of local customer contacts.
• Fluent English; Malay proficiency is a strong advantage.
