Country Sales Manager – Singapore

About the role

The Company is seeking a Country Sales Manager to lead its cardiovascular medical device business in Singapore. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and expand market presence for innovative stent and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct day‑to‑day sales activities, including regular customer visits and prospecting new accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital management, purchasing departments, and clinical staff.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
• Plan and develop the market for existing and new products, leveraging tools such as consignment.
• Represent the Company at meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the product portfolio.
• Analyze market feedback and provide regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
• 10+ years of medical‑device sales experience, with at least 5 years as a Country Sales Manager in the stent market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to support clinical procedures and work independently.
• Performance‑driven, meticulous, and strong interpersonal skills.
