Creative & Content Intern

About the role

Fresh, a beauty brand of the LVMH group, is looking for a highly driven Creative & Content Intern to join its SEA-Oceania marketing and creative team. The intern helps turn brand communication objectives into creative, fresh-inspired content that connects with the audience, covering digital, collateral and in-store content.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and collaborate on social content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and EDM
• Conceptualize, design and execute creative content and layouts for regional marketing campaigns
• Create storyboards, shot lists, timelines and shooting schedules, and manage production from ideation and scripting to post-production
• Capture and edit original video content, including filming, editing, color correction and sound design
• Design and produce marketing collaterals for print and digital, including websites, EDM, social media, brochures, banners, packaging print and other materials
• Research social trends, competitor examples and best-in-class executions to propose new content
• Work closely with the regional team to maintain high production standards and troubleshoot technical issues during revisions

Required profile

• Commitment to a 6-month full-time internship from January to June 2027
• Degree or diploma in design or a relevant field; fresh graduates with high potential are considered
• Photography, videography, editing or creative content skills; ability to leverage AI in content creation is a plus
• Strong visual mindset, understanding of beauty video, and ability to take creative direction
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently or in a team, and good at deadline management

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
• DSLR or mirrorless cameras, basic lighting and audio equipment
• Frame composition, studio tools (ring lights, tripods, props, backdrops)
• Short-form video creation for social media
