Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Creative Designer to join our User Growth team. You will design and produce high‑quality video and image assets for mobile game advertising across platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce video and image creatives optimized for mobile game ads on Facebook, Google, TikTok and similar platforms.
• Leverage AI production tools (Google Veo, Nano Banana, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, etc.) for ideation, asset generation, storyboarding, editing, localization and rapid iteration.
• Collaborate with the User Growth team to understand campaign goals, target audiences, testing plans and performance feedback.
• Translate briefs, user insights and market trends into compelling visual assets that drive acquisition and engagement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute fresh concepts and AI‑generated ideas.
• Iterate creatives based on A/B testing results and metrics such as CTR, CPI, ROAS and retention.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Guide interns or junior designers on design execution, AI tool usage and workflow standards.

Required profile

• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Digital Media or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant design experience, preferably in mobile‑gaming or digital advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, motion graphics and short‑form video work.
• Hands‑on experience with AI creative production tools and a genuine interest in emerging technologies.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Motion graphics and visual effects creation.
• AI tools such as Google Veo, Nano Banana, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT.
