Creative Executive - Videography, Photography & Content Creation

About the role

TSL Media Group is looking for a self-motivated Creative Executive with a strong background in videography, photography and content creation. You will own the creative side of projects, focusing on visual storytelling and content production, and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies that engage audiences and strengthen brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form videos and photographs for TSL Media Group, including brands such as TSL, Eatbook and MustShareNews, applying creative techniques to deliver on-brand content.
• Keep up with current trends and incorporate them into content production, and write engaging content outlines that meet client objectives.
• Make sure all videos follow the branding specifications and guidelines of the Creative team and the company.
• Own client and organic campaigns from start to finish, working with project managers and content strategists.
• Stay updated on the social media landscape, independently generate on-brand content ideas and segments with viral potential, and ideate for advertorial and organic content across platforms, including new formats.
• Research and curate factual, relevant information to support content creation.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio.
• Comfortable handling photography and videography from pre-production to post-production.
• Creative thinker who understands digital content, the social media landscape and trending topics, and can turn that into content ideas.
• Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to keep everyone aligned.
