Creative Producer – Digital Content

About the role

The Creative Producer will lead the development of fun, engaging digital content for young audiences as part of the Clarity brand. Working closely with internal creatives and external freelancers, you will shape concepts from idea to final delivery across video, photo, and social formats.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, develop and produce original digital videos, photo galleries, memes and GIFs that align with Clarity’s thematic direction.
• Collaborate with the internal creative team and external production freelancers to ensure timely execution and high‑quality delivery.
• Operate basic videography equipment, lighting and sound, and manage tapeless media storage.
• Edit video footage, apply effects, mix audio, and handle encoding, compression and format conversion.
• Create supporting visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and ensure files are prepared for multi‑platform distribution.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience producing digital content for youth‑focused audiences.
• Proven storytelling ability across video, photography and illustration.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and what drives web engagement.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar).
• Video editing, effects, audio mixing and sound‑design.
• Video encoding, compression and file‑format conversion.
• Basic videography, lighting and sound capture.
• Management of tapeless media files and storage devices.
