Credit Management Officer – Singapore

About the role

ATR, a leading regional aircraft manufacturer, is seeking a Credit Management Officer for its Asian hub in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Finance and collaborating with the Group Credit Management team, you will support the organization by managing credit risk and ensuring compliance with ATR’s credit policies.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain approved customer credit lines and payment terms in SAP.
• Monitor credit usage, release customer orders based on invoice maturity, and ensure bank guarantees are current.
• Track incoming payments, post them to customer accounts, and apply credit notes accurately.
• Produce monthly customer account statements and obtain financial statements for credit risk assessment.
• Communicate with customers via email or video calls to secure on‑time payments.
• Follow up on overdue invoices diplomatically and manage advanced payment arrangements.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in credit management or finance, with a focus on risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with ATR Group credit management policies and procedures.
