CRM & Digital Marketing Executive – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented CRM & Digital Marketing Executive to drive our retail customer relationship initiatives. You will lead CRM system optimisation, manage digital campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance customer engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimise CRM platforms, ensuring seamless integration and high user adoption.
• Maintain data integrity by working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage CRM workflows including lead acquisition, customer profiling, database management and performance analysis.
• Design and execute customer engagement campaigns such as EDMs and event communications.
• Capture and profile leads in partnership with retail and operations teams.
• Generate and analyse CRM and campaign performance reports, delivering actionable insights.
• Lead digital marketing activities, including website updates and social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies to deliver digital assets on time and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage projects under tight timelines.
• Creative mindset, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
