CS Site Manager – Gujarat, India

About the role

The CS Site Manager will lead the establishment of ASML’s first site in India, building a team that can support the customer’s operational needs from start‑up through ramp‑up. This senior position is responsible for operational and technical readiness, new product introductions, and day‑to‑day service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑ and long‑term operational plans for site establishment, ramp‑up, service delivery and future growth.
• Drive continuous improvement and readiness for new product introductions.
• Build strong customer relationships, capture the voice of the customer and ensure service level compliance.
• Manage cost, quality, commitments and operational priorities while aligning with ASML business objectives.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing, diverse team through workforce planning, performance management and coaching.
• Synchronise site operations with internal functions, regional teams, external suppliers and account teams, handling escalations and ensuring safe execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in the semiconductor or high‑tech industry, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven senior management experience leading site operations, including greenfield or start‑up settings.
• Experience in customer service field operations and complex stakeholder management.
• Strong project‑management expertise.
