Customer Account Manager – Asia Pacific

About the role

Embraer Asia Pacific is looking for a highly motivated Customer Account Manager to serve as the primary interface between Embraer and its Executive Jets and Defense customers across the region. Reporting to the Customer Support & Services Director, you will drive customer satisfaction, support business growth and ensure contractual commitments are met.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, AOG events, warranty, Executive Care and contract matters.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce and Embraer systems, and conduct regular visits and calls to strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate concessions, internal approvals, and post‑delivery commitments, including AD and SB implementation.
• Support Air Safety activities, crisis situations, and Embraer participation in conferences, customer events and trade shows.
• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives such as surveys and feedback programs.
• Assist with account receivable matters, credit limit requests and payment term validation.
• Provide light technical advice for rapid go/no‑go decisions and support the Contact Center with case resolution.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the customer’s voice within Embraer.
• Experience in managing complex customer issues and delivering high‑quality service.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, customs requirements and OEM field teams.
• Ability to prepare reports, presentations and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using FlyEmbraer and MyTechCare platforms.
• Basic technical knowledge of aircraft systems for rapid advisory decisions.
