Customer Business Executive

About the role

SAESLA is seeking a Customer Business Executive to act as the primary liaison between the company and its aerospace customers. You will ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and accurate commercial interactions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all customer communications related to orders, delivery commitments, pricing, engine status, and commercial enquiries.
• Develop and coordinate commercial support solutions to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.
• Oversee invoicing, payment collection, warranty administration, and resolve invoice queries per contractual terms.
• Represent customer interests in cross‑functional meetings and conduct regular business reviews.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc requests, including line support and parts trading activities.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects that enhance customer experience and business performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in customer service or support within the aerospace industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
