Customer Care Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong, long‑term relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet customers’ business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for designated customer accounts, conducting face‑to‑face interactions and regular follow‑ups.
• Understand client needs, challenges and objectives to propose appropriate solutions and conduct account reviews.
• Monitor customer engagement, identify retention risks and proactively resolve complaints to prevent churn.
• Gather feedback and recommend service or process improvements.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for additional products or upgrades.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat or other channels, manage contract renewals, negotiate price adjustments and maintain accurate records in the internal system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Required profile

• Customer service, call‑centre or sales administration experience preferred, but no prior experience required – on‑the‑job training provided.
• Positive communication style, strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High resilience and composure when handling complaints or difficult customers.
• Excellent multitasking, analytical and meticulous abilities.
• Pro‑active and adaptable in a fast‑paced, volatile environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Applications.
• Good computer/IT literacy.
