Customer Care Representative – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

As a Customer Care Representative in Givaudan’s Taste & Wellbeing division, you will manage the full sales order cycle for assigned customers across the Asia‑Pacific region. Based in Singapore, you will act as the primary liaison between customers, operations, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food‑industry products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sales order process from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing responsive support.
• Coordinate daily with customers, operations, and sales teams to maintain smooth order flow.
• Monitor client schedules, stock positions, and demand planning with cross‑functional teams.
• Confirm pricing, inventory availability, and shipment details.
• Handle and resolve order issues or complaints with clear communication.
• Prepare and process documentation such as invoices, debit/credit notes, returns, and shipment notifications.
• Maintain complete and accurate customer records, including agreements and packaging specifications.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide coverage and consistent service across accounts.

Required profile

• Diploma in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• 1–2 years of customer‑care experience in the food industry (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other order‑entry systems.
• Understanding of inventory management, Incoterms and shipping terminology.
• Basic negotiation skills and ability to manage customer expectations.
