About the role

Join a fast‑paced team that brings major brands to life through roadshows, pop‑up activations and live events across Singapore. As a Customer Experience & Vibe Lead you will be on the front line, engaging crowds, creating memorable interactions and driving on‑the‑spot sales.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and run pop‑up and roadshow events in high‑traffic city venues.
• Initiate genuine conversations with visitors, present offers and close sales face‑to‑face.
• Participate in daily workshops covering communication techniques, buyer psychology and leadership.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and broader campaign goals.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, on‑site environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply.
