Customer Operations Executive – Restaurant Tech

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑first operations professional to join a fast‑growing restaurant technology company in Singapore. You will onboard restaurant clients onto an all‑in‑one POS platform, manage launches end‑to‑end, and ensure merchants go live smoothly and confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new restaurant clients onto the POS system, ensuring accurate and timely setups.
• Coordinate onboarding timelines and merchant go‑lives using defined processes and checklists.
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and internal tools to guide them through setup and next steps.
• Assist with on‑site POS hardware setup, basic configuration, training, and troubleshooting (training provided).
• Respond to client questions and issues, escalating when needed and following up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful launches.
• Maintain onboarding records, task tracking, and documentation up to date.
• Contribute to team targets such as onboarding volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• Customer‑focused and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working with POS systems, hardware, and hands‑on troubleshooting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven environment.
• Based in Singapore with valid work authorization.
