Customer Relations Officer / Assistant

About the role

The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) supports the project team by handling public‑relations matters and resident queries for Home Improvement Program (HIP) projects. Reporting to the client’s representative, consultants and the contractor’s project manager, the CRO ensures smooth communication between stakeholders and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Take instructions from client representatives, consultants and the project manager as required.
• Manage public‑relations issues and general project queries with residents effectively.
• Liaise daily with subcontractors, HDB, Town Council and consultants on resident‑related matters.
• Generate HIP block schedules and unit work schedules to aid material and manpower planning.
• Operate the Information Centre counter and hotline, handling resident defect feedback and appointment scheduling.
• Draft and reply to resident feedback and queries within stipulated timeframes.
• Maintain proper recording, filing, and documentation of HDB‑required forms, records and photos in HICS.
• Provide administrative and logistic support for Working Committee Meetings during the construction phase.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE “A” Level.
• 2‑3 years of public‑relations experience, preferably on Home Improvement Program projects.
• Fluent in English and one other official language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
